WE LIKE TO RIDE IN THE DIRT.

The Team Extreme Mountain Bike Team was established in 2000 and is comprised of youth and adult riders. The team came into existence after a grueling MTB race when the founding fathers, who’s brains were still probably in oxygen deprivation mode, decided to organize a team of riders who enjoyed racing mountain bikes and thus Team Extreme was born.

The team is made up of all age categories and abilities which range from beginning riders to experts. The team primarily competes in the WORS series which is the largest off-road series in the United States. In addition many riders also compete in the WEMS series and other races such as the Ore to Shore, Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival, and Fall Color Festival.

We like to race MTB bikes competitively but also enjoy the social aspect of mountain biking. We generally have a Team Tent set up at all the WORS races for rider support, social gathering, and the ever famous “water bottle handoff point”, which sometimes get missed…oops.

We are open for new riders of all ages and abilities to join our team, but be warned, you might get dirt, mud, dust on you and your bike. If interested, click here or come see us at any of the WORS races in 2009.
