Tom Schuler, current Team Type I manager, former head / team director of Team Saturn, past Olympian and former professional 7-Eleven Cycling team member, heads up this two day camp in Germantown that will include bumping drills, cornering drills, and presentations on training and nutrition.
Tom will also participate in an afternoon group ride and will speak on Training With Power. And what better to way to train with power than with a POWERTAP from CycleOps!?
Each registrant will be able to enter to win a fully built Powertap from CycleOps. A short essay on "Why I Want to Train With Power!" is to be accompanied with your registration forms. The essays will be reviewed by CycleOps, who will then select the best essay.
BOOM your Powertap will be on your bike and ready to go for your full training with power experience!!
Racing on May 17, 2009? We have an additional option for you - Saturday will feature a short "tune-up" (pre-race) ride with Coach Joe Cieszynski of Wenzel Coaching, a talk on recovery and nutrition and a massage by one of the local massage schools to get your engine ready for racing the following day.
Attending the camp will also get you SCHWAG from other sponsors such as Tifosi, Planet Bike, Sock Guy, Hammer Nutrition and the new midwest race series - Tour of America's Dairyland!!
